Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of the Puresign signature atelier. By using the atelier you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The atelier

Puresign provides an electronic signature service for the daylight practitioner. The atelier operates as a private company registered in the European Union.

2. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials of your account. The atelier is not liable for losses arising from the disclosure of your credentials to third parties.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the atelier for any unlawful purpose, nor to upload documents containing malware, illicit content or material that infringes third-party rights.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice. Your specimens remain in the archive for ten years after termination, in accordance with our retention schedule.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the atelier's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. The courts of Kraków shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

7. Messaging — email & SMS

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional messages from Puresign by email at the address you provide. By ticking the SMS consent box during signup, you additionally consent to receive recurring text messages from Puresign at the phone number on file.

Purpose of messages

Messages may include: account verification codes, password-reset links, letter status alerts (opened, signed, stamped, witnessed), security notifications and service announcements. Promotional or marketing messages are not sent under these terms.

Message frequency

Frequency varies and depends on your account activity. You may receive up to several messages per letter you participate in. A typical active practitioner receives between 4 and 12 messages per month.

Carrier costs

Message and data rates may apply. Puresign does not charge for messages; standard rates from your mobile carrier or email provider apply. Message frequency and pricing are not controlled by Puresign.

Opt-out — STOP & HELP

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any text message — your number will be removed from the register within 24 hours. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at contact@puresign.net or 1-866-602-0920. To stop email messages, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or write to contact@puresign.net.

Eligibility

Mobile message consent is not a condition of opening an account or pressing a specimen. You may use Puresign with email-only notifications. Message recipients must be 18 years or older.
